Process
Same shape on a one-off film as on a four-year content engagement. Smaller projects compress the cycle. Larger ones repeat it.
We pressure-test the goal, the audience, and the channel before any equipment shows up. Output is a one-page brief everyone signs off on.
Calendar, asset list, shoot schedule, edit pipeline. The creative gets built on the schedule we agreed to.
Delivery on the dates that were set. Two rounds of revisions built in, plus the cuts each platform actually needs: 16/9, 9/16, 1/1, captions, thumbnails.
Read-out against the original goal. The numbers feed the next quarter's calendar. Most engagements get sharper every cycle.
